Everything I do is to make this little girl proud.
No it’s not my daughter. It’s the kid version of me. (I imagine when you have kids, most of this switches to them).
Yup, whenever I’m questioning what I’m doing with my life, I think about kid-me.
What would she think if she saw that this was her future? Would she be excited? Disappointed? Proud? Embarrassed?
I aim to make her proud and excited.
And when I know for sure she’d feel that way, those are the happiest times in my life.
